A deposit of 30% of the total price is required at the time of booking.

The reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 60 days prior to arrival.
In case of cancellation from 60 days up to the day of arrival, or in the event of no-show,
the 30% deposit will be retained and is non refundable.

If the cancellation is made within 60 days prior to arrival and the room can be resold to another guest, the deposit will be refunded or credited towards a future stay.
